Visitor Management
Fast, secure arrivals for every visitor.
Front desk delays, forgotten check-in steps, and manually managed badges create friction for visitors and increase staff workload. Most programs use paper logs and individual access permissions.
SwiftConnect gives visitors secure, time-limited access, issued at check-in and revoked when the visit ends, using your visitor system or our’s. Arrivals are faster and front desk staff have less to do. A smooth arrival also shapes how guests see your company.
Access at hello, gone at goodbye. One check-in issues access everywhere and ends it
automatically — even for visitors who never live in your HR system.

Visitor Access shouldn’t be the exception to how you manage identity
Visitors don’t live in Workday, Entra ID, or any other system of record, so their access is easy to lose track of. Today, badges may outlive the visit and access stays active because nothing ends it.
SwiftConnect keeps visitor access aligned to identity in real time, using the systems you already have instead of locking you into one provider’s system.

What You Get
How it Works
Check-In as a Time-Bound Access Record
Every visitor becomes an auditable access record the moment they check in.
Visitor info is captured at check-in via the visitor system and automatically used to provision access on connected control systems, eliminating manual badge programming or calls to security.
Hosts are notified when guests arrive, including when a guest taps through a lobby speed lane at the landlord entrance. One check-in opens shared resources like turnstiles, elevators, and parking for the entire visit.
Automatic Revocation, Not a Manual Follow-Up
Access ends the moment the visit does.
When a visitor checks out or a scheduled window closes, access is revoked automatically—no badge to collect or ticket to close out.
Part of the Connected Access Network
Visitors are identities too. This page covers how their access is issued and revoked. How identity records are created and kept current — for employees and non-employees alike — is covered by Identity Lifecycle Management, the foundation on which the rest of the Connected Access Network is built.
