Apple Wallet Provisioning Process & FAQs
Follow the below steps to add your mobile badge to Apple Wallet.
Open the 25 North Colonnade App
1. Open or log in to the 25 North Colonnade App on your iPhone.

Add your Access Pass
2. Tap ‘No but I’m on it’ to start the process of adding your access pass.

Add to Wallet
3. Tap Add to Wallet.

Verification
4. Check your email for your 4-digit code.

Enter Verification Code
5. Enter your 4-digit code sent to your email.

Add to Wallet
6. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.

Adding Pass
7. Your pass will take a few seconds to add.

Express Pass
8. Express mode allows your pass to work without Face ID or your passcode. Tap done.

It’s Official
9. Present your iPhone or Apple Watch at any reader to gain access and enjoy the mobile experience.


How to use your mobile pass with Apple iPhone
The NFC tag is located at the top center of the iPhone, on the back side, adjacent to the camera. The scan radius extends upwards and outwards from the back of your iPhone. Presenting this area of the iphone to the reader will yield fast, high quality, read results.

Add your Access Pass

Add to Wallet
3. Tap Add to Wallet.

Verification
4. Check your email for your 4-digit code.

Connecting to Wallet
7. Please wait while the App connects to Google Wallet

Add your Badge
8. Add your 25 North Colonnade badge by reading the terms of service then tap accept and continue.

Added to Wallet
9. Your access pass has been added to Google Wallet. Tap to view in Wallet.

10. Your badge is now added to your Google Wallet and ready to use. Enjoy the mobile experience!


How to use your mobile pass with Android device
When presenting your Android device to a reader, please note that the NFC tag is located on the back of the phone (not visible), usually positioned near the middle. Placing this particular section of the phone near the reader will increase the success rate of reads.
